Day 01: CAIRO

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, assistance in Spanish from our representative before passport control. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 02: CAIRO

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the included visit to the Three Pyramids of Giza: Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple of Khafre. (Entrance inside a pyramid is not included.) Free afternoon for optional sightseeing to the Saqqara Necropolis and the City of Memphis, Capital of the Old Kingdom. In the evening, optional visit to the Light and Sound Show at the Pyramids of Giza. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 03: CAIRO

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day, with the possibility of an optional full-day trip to Cairo: the Egyptian Museum of Pharaonic Art, the Saladin Citadel with its Alabaster Mosque of Muhammad Ali, the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and the Coptic Quarter. In the evening, optional buffet dinner with a show on a boat along the Nile River. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 04: CAIRO / ASWAN

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Cairo International Airport and a domestic flight to Aswan. Arrival at Aswan International Airport and departure for the included visit to the Philae Temple and the Aswan High Dam. Transfer to the ship. Lunch on board. In the afternoon, a felucca ride on the Nile River (traditional Egyptian sailboats), offering panoramic views of the Aga Khan Mausoleum, Elephantine Island, and the Botanical Garden. Dinner and overnight on board. The optional excursion to the Temples of Abu Simbel can be done on this day or on the following day, depending on the schedule of the domestic flight CAI–ASW on this day and the schedule of navigation from Aswan to Kom Ombo on the following day.

Day 05: ASWAN / KOM OMBO / EDFU

(Full board)Possibility of taking the excursionoptional to the Temples of Abu Simbel. Navigation towards Kom Ombo andA visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only one dedicated to two deities: the crocodile-headed god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Haroeris. Sail to Edfu. Overnight on board. The optional excursion to the Temples of Abu Simbel can be taken on this day or the previous day, depending on the schedule of the domestic flight CAI – ASW the previous day and the sailing schedule from Aswan to Kom Ombo on this day.

Day 06: EDFU / ESNA / LUXOR

(Full board).Arrival in Edfu and a visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. Sailing towards Esna. We will cross the Esna Lock and continue sailing towards Luxor. Overnight on board.

Day 07: LUXOR / CAIRO

(Breakfast)and disembarkation. A visit to the West Bank in Luxor; the Theban Necropolis; the Valley of the Kings; the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as Deir el-Bahari; and the Colossi of Memnon. In the afternoon, a visit to the East Bank in Luxor; the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. Transfer to Luxor International Airport. A domestic flight to Cairo. Arrival in Cairo. Transfer to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 08: CAIRO
